AASC PROJECT-
Our specialization encompasses furnishing short-term residences for Asylum Seekers and vulnerable individuals in the UK. We are presently collaborating on the AASC project alongside three authorized providers of asylum accommodation. By partnering with local authorities, governing bodies, and funding agencies, we have been able to bring joint venture partners onboard and secure both brief and extended contracts. As evidence of our accomplishments, we have procured several contracts for those who have already teamed up with us.
Totelecom is currently engaged in managing a diverse range of AASC projects across England and Scotland. The company extends its accommodations to over 300+ guests, working alongside official Project AASC accommodation providers including Serco Maers Group & Ready Home Clear Springs.

Residential and Commercial land procurement
Totelecom is also a professional in acquiring land for commercial and residential projects. Presently, Totelecom is engaged in working on a 1-acre waterfront land situated in Salford, located within a 1 mile radius of Salford University. We are currently in the process of obtaining planning permission for 6 buildings adding up to 72 apartments, with the hope of partnering with the university to provide student accommodations.
